Pre-event
- Coordination of logistical aspects of the event according of the Customer specifications.
- Site inspection and cost analysis
- Function room schedules, layouts, audio/visual equipment, Interpreting services, Catering, and special needs written report.
On-site:
- Convention Manager and the required staffing will be on-site at all times during the Event to supervise all aspects of service and to make appropriate and agreed adjustments.
Support Staffing :
- will be at your disposition to assist you and to cooperate with you to manage the entire event. The staffing levels and schedules will be determined to fit your specific needs.
